Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Development
Representatives (SDRs) to achieve targets
Provide training and mentorship on prospecting techniques and
oversee the prospecting process
Collaborate with the VP of Sales to optimize lead generation
strategies and analyze data on pipeline progression
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SDR or SDR Manager in
relevant industries
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
An Associate's degree or a four-year BA or BS is required
Proficiency in sales tools and technologies, such as Apollo,
Hubspot, and VOIP systems
