Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Finance - Europe
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and lead all accounting operations for European finance,
ensuring compliance and timely reporting
Partner with cross-functional teams to build the European finance
team and establish scalable closing procedures
Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, preparing
quarterly financial reports for management review
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, or Finance; CPA and/or
MBA preferred
Hands-on knowledge of accounting operations, tax, and FP&A
Prior management experience of a team
Familiarity with internal controls in a public company
At least 15 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical or
biotechnology environment
