Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Director of Marketing, HIC
(Remote Opportunity).
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first responder to hotel owner questions regarding
corporate marketing programs and brand standards
Develop strategies to address hotel business needs and lead
cross-functional teams to implement marketing tools
Assist hotels in developing annual marketing plans and budgets
based on market analysis and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
At least 8 years of experience in Marketing and Communications in a
senior manager or director position, preferably in the hospitality
industry
Fluency in both English and Spanish
Bachelor's degree required
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing
strategies with ROI/KPI metrics
Strong creative mindset and proficiency in marketing software such
as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
