We're looking for ambitious, self-driven individuals to join our
team as Verizon Sales Support Associates. Your responsibilities
will include educating customers about cutting-edge 5G technology,
presenting available products and plans in put-together sales
presentations, and assisting them in choosing products that meet
their needs. You will learn from senior Sales Support Associates to
help you successfully meet targets and improve your skills. Key
responsibilities for the Verizon Sales Support Associate role
include: Provide customer assistance, guidance, and education on
Verizon 5G wireless products and services. Focus on customer
satisfaction and driving sales by highlighting product value.
Proactively engage customers to address inquiries about products
and services. Utilize company resources for effective communication
and consistent connectivity. Carry out operational procedures,
including store opening and closing duties. Demonstrate ambition
and self-motivation, driven by achieving sales goals. Successfully
balance customer experience with performance targets. Attend all
training and meetings with other Verizon Sales Support Associates
for professional development. Participate in community outreach
through volunteerism, donations, and grants. Maintain a positive,
energetic attitude and actively contribute to team efforts.
