A company is looking for a Staff Flutter Architect to join their team.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate approaches for structuring shared Flutter components across applications
Develop proofs of concept for solutions and assess trade-offs regarding scalability and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand pain points and provide architectural insight

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in mobile development or engineering leadership
Strong understanding of shared component architecture and repo management strategies
Familiarity with Flutter; deep expertise is a bonus
Experience designing scalable app ecosystems with multiple teams
Self-directed and able to work independently
