Touchstone Communities is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aide to join our team. As a Certified Nurse Aide, you will play a critical role in enhancing the daily lives and healthcare of our elders across our Texas facilities. This position offers a sign-on bonus and competitive wages in recognition of the importance of skilled, attentive care providers in long-term healthcare settings. Provide daily nursing care and support to residents as per their care plan Monitor residents' health, document vital signs, and report any changes to the supervising nurse Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and moving Ensure the highest quality of care and maintain resident dignity and confidentiality Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to update and evaluate care plans based on residents' conditions and needs Engage with residents' family members to inform them of progress and changes Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong observational skills Ability to work in a team and follow detailed instructions Empathy and patience with elderly residents Physical ability to assist residents with mobility and daily activities 401k Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required CPR/BLS certification preferred
