Job Description:

Total Rehab Kids is growing! We are currently seeking a front desk receptionist to help serve pediatric patients in our Edinburg location. This is a full-time position (i.e., 40 hours per week) and requires availability between clinic hours of operation: 9:00AM-7:00PM, Monday-Friday, with a rotating shift schedule.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • All front office functions such as patient relations, appointment scheduling, telephone duties, patient registration, insurance verification/authorizations, and directing patients and visitors.
    Requirement Overview:

    • At least one consistent year at current position required.
    • Two years of receptionist experience preferred.
    • Medical office experience with insurance preferred.
    • Bilingual (English, Spanish)
