Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance Director to oversee financial
operations and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees financial planning, reporting, analysis, and accounting
functions for assigned business unit(s)
Develops annual business plans and leads team members in
consolidating and reporting financial results
Guides business partners with strategic financial decisions and
contributes to the training and development of finance team
members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; advanced degree or
certification preferred
Minimum of six years' experience managing accounting and finance
functions, with eight years preferred
Proven leadership experience in a customer service-focused work
environment
Established financial acumen to navigate complex financials and
contracts
Proficient in MS Office and financial systems software, such as
PeopleSoft
