A company is looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance monitoring and performance tracking for engineering
teams
Manage projects from inception to completion, including codebase
scaling and process iteration
Contribute to the development of team culture and mentor junior
developers
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional software development experience
4+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails
Familiarity with Redis, PostgreSQL, and Sidekiq in a production
environment
Strong understanding of backend fundamentals, including API
development and performance debugging
Must reside and work permanently in the U.S
