Here's what you'll be doing as a Customer Service Specialist:
Educate customers on Verizon's 5G technology and product benefits.
Focus on creating positive customer service experiences and
building strong relationships. Proactively reach out to prospective
clients and provide helpful customer service. Serve as a dependable
and clear point of contact, ensuring consistent communication.
Support daily operations with integrity and enthusiasm from start
to finish. Approach sales with a focus on positive impact,

community service, reflecting the company's values. Foster a
positive team environment, provide motivation, and recognize
accomplishments. Collaborate with Customer Service Specialists and
