K.E.Y. Point Solutions is looking for new Verizon Customer
Service Representatives to join our customer service team! Here at

We’re actively hiring new Verizon Customer Service Representatives
to join our fast-growing team! As a Verizon Customer Service
Representative, you will be responsible for making contact with
prospective Verizon customers, educating them on available products
and service plans, and offering in-depth customer service to
existing customers on an ongoing basis. What do we expect? Your
positive attitude, excellent people skills, and a hunger for
success. What you’ll be doing as a Verizon Customer Service
Representative: Act as the direct and primary point of contact for
customers. Identify and address customer needs promptly, offering
effective solutions. Establish and maintain strong customer and
broker relationships through consistent communication. Generate
sales leads and contribute to company growth by providing
outstanding service. Resolve customer issues efficiently and follow
up to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate client
records and confirm the quality of all deliverables. Represent
client interests internally and work with other teams to achieve
objectives. Increase customer retention through consistent,
high-quality service. Work with other Verizon Customer Service
Representatives and management to improve productivity and exceed
targets.
