Job Description:

KOMAN Construction, LLC. is looking for a seasoned Field Lead to join our construction/O&M team in Harlingen, TX. The Field Lead will supervise and direct the work of laborers and operators on the construction site to ensure a safety, timely, and high quality product. Operate equipment and do manual laborer when necessary Inspecting heavy equipment and addressing vehicle/equipment maintenance Proactive problem solving with resources and scheduled milestones. Ensuring manpower and resources are appropriate to successfully execute plans. Direct personnel and adjust priorities Implement project schedules and employee work plans. Delegate when appropriate to focus on higher priority needs. Ensure and emphasize compliance with all safety precautions, policies and plans. REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or equivalent. Additional relevant certifications are a plus. 2 years of relevant construction lead or equivalent experience. Extensive OSHA guidelines knowledge/experience. Solid experience in construction, outstanding leadership personality and ability to make decisions in complex situations. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
