Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing
industry, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic Helper to join their
team. As a Maintenance Mechanic Helper, you will be part of the
Maintenance Department supporting the maintenance team. The ideal
candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a
willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the
organization. Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic Helper Location:
Pharr, TX Pay Range: $14.00 Shift: 7AM to 5PM Mon-Fri with 8AM to
12PM Saturday What's the Job? Assist maintenance mechanics with
preventive maintenance and repair of production equipment and
facility systems. Perform basic mechanical tasks such as
lubrication, parts replacement, cleaning, and equipment setup.
Support equipment inspections and identify potential mechanical
issues. Maintain GMP compliance by following sanitation procedures,
proper documentation, and change control protocols. Respond to
maintenance calls and support emergency repairs as directed. What's
Needed? Previous experience in a manufacturing, maintenance, or
industrial environment preferred. Basic knowledge of mechanical
systems and hand tools. Willingness to learn maintenance
procedures, GMP requirements, and safety standards. Ability to
follow written and verbal instructions accurately. What's in it for
